Revenue by Design are running a one day Revenue Management workshop at the QEII on December 10th designed for delegates from Venues in London and the South East. This practical workshop aims to equip all the attendees with knowledge of the principles of Revenue Management. Each delegate will get the opportunity to identify their property’s key selling points, assess the competition, correctly position themselves in the market and recognise the best channels to enhance. Coaching is given on how to understand, analyse and forecast demand, thereby creating opportunities to maximize revenues.
